This December the union between Russia and Belarus was signed by presidents of the two countries. Not a few days have elapsed since that event when automatic roaming started between Russian and Belarussian cities. The agreement between Russian company "International Transit Telecom" (MTT) and Belarussian cellular operator BelCel allows 250,000 Russian and 15,000 Belarussian subscribers to use their cellular phones virtually everywhere in the reconstructed Union.
