MTU Inform communication company and Tema construction company have signed a partnership agreement. MTU Inform is the leading competitive local exchange carrier in Moscow. Tema is the well-known company building a number of residential campuses in the city. Within the framework of the agreement, MTU Inform will provide a complete suite of telecommunication services to residents of one of these campuses.

On top of using digital telephony network and cable TV network, the residents will also get effective Internet access by means of either high-quality phone dial-up connection or ISDN lines. The advantage of the second option is the possibility to work in the Internet and make a phone call simultaneously.
