Kraftway corporation, one of the leading Russian hardware vendors, announced its new GEG Express 800 enterprise server. The product is the first 8-way server at Intel platform offered by Russian manufacturer.

GEG Express 800 server is based on new Intel OCPRF 100/Saber 8-way platform utilizing Intel Profusion chipset. On excess of its products, Intel has also provided technical support to Kraftway within the framework of its program of local server manufacturers support. The program is under way in Russia and Ukraine since spring 1999.

Kraftway manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001 certified. Its new GEG Express servers are compatible with all the major operation systems and covered by 5-year warranty. Thus GEG Express is a strong competitor to brand name products from foreign vendors.
