The second Russian conference "E-commerce '99" will take place in St.-Petersburg on November 11 and 12, 1999. The event is arranged by ADMIN Ltd. company and "Mir Internet" ("The Internet World") magazine.

The conference will include the following sections: business models of e-commerce; e-shops; e-commerce software; Internet payment systems; logistics and infrastructure of e-commerce; Internet marketing; security of e-business; legislation issues of e-commerce.

The first conference of this series took place a year ago. It was attended by more than 200 participants from 112 companies and organizations, including the Central Bank of Russia and the Gosudarstvennaya Duma (the lower house of parliament).

This year the conference program will include about 20 plenary reports, two round tables on the most urgent matters of e-commerce, and an exhibition of solutions for e-commerce.
