TerraLink company signed an agreement with Moscow branch of the Open Society Institute (known as Soros Fund) on carrying out the entire set of services to fix the Year 2000 problem in the new Moscow office of the Institute. The organization provides support to a vast scope of projects and programs in education, telecommunications, human rights, science, medicine, culture and arts in Russia.

The project is scheduled for completion in November 1999.
