Microsoft corporation announced that structure of its Moscow office has been changed this summer. This reorganization is done within the framework of the company-wide program, launched in March 1999. It resulted in establishing new divisions oriented towards key customers groups. (Previously the company was structured in products and technologies.) Company officials say that the new structure, which represents the target groups of its customers, will allow it to be more sensitive to customers' needs and increase the effectivity of its operation. The most essential changes took place in corporate customers division. It was used as a basement for two new structural units: strategic customers division and corporate customers division.
