DialogNauka company, the well-known Russian specialist in antivirus protection, announced release of the first commercial version of DrWeb32 family of products. In particular, the family includes the following antivirus programs: It has been nearly a year since the first versions of DrWeb32 were released for broad beta testing on July 6, 1998. During this testing and debugging period, six versions of DrWeb32 have been released. Two of these versions, Infoart notes, took part in international testing conducted by Virus Bulletin magazine along with commercial versions of the worldwide leading antivirus software. In both cases DrWeb32 showed an excellent performance and was awarded by the editors of the magazine. In the last testing program, held in April 1999, Doctor Web for Windows 95/98/NT won a prestigious "Virus Bulletin 100%" award, thus detecting hundred per cent of viruses included into "In the Wild" list. This list contains the viruses actually circulating in the world and represented in Virus Bulletin collection as of the date of testing.
