ANIGRAPH-TELEKINO'99, the 7th Moscow International Festival of Computer Graphics and Animation, is being held in Moscow on May 19 to 22, 1999.

The festival is supported by Administration of President of Russian Federation, Russian Federal Service of TV and radio broadcasting, State Committee of Russian Federation of communications and informatics, and many other organizations related to cinema, TV, modern art and computer graphics.

The festival is devoted to a vast list of topics, including TV, industrial and architectural design, cinematography, animation and graphics, computer-based videotechnologies, professional video hardware for education and science, audio systems, digital sound processing, multimedia technologies of virtual reality, Internet, interactive technologies, publishing and polygrahic technologies, computer gaming, digital photography, children's computer works, computer art, design and advertising.

Within the framework of the Festival, the expo of computer technologies for TV, cinema and video will take place. Another important event is the International Scientific and Technical Conference, entitled "Perspectives of video and computer technologies in science, education, art and business".

On top of that, the Festival will also be accompanied by a contest of movies and videoclips, "Anigraph.Content'99" festival of multimedia CD-ROM disks, "Da-da-Net" festival of Internet art resources, Compuart contest of computer games, a contest and a gallery of computer painting, and a festival of children's computer works.
